Rico Connor, a host in Las Vegas, brings many high-rolling clients to clubs all over town. Although he is loved for bringing money to certain clubs, he abuses the people that work in them. For example: the Spearmint Rhino.
Rico is not even supposed to set foot in there without having a client coming or some other professional purpose. A few weeks ago he came to the Rhino, had 4, yes I said 4, girls dancing for him and did not pay them.
He also was with these girls for almost 3 hours. That's $400.00 an hour per girl. He had no money on him. We assumed he worked for the Rhino but found out that he did not. He worked independently but associated him self with the Rhino.
He told them that they would get paid even if he had to write 4 checks for $1000.00 a piece to cover it. He gave the girls his business cards and told them to call him after they got off work to make arrangements for payment.
He was drugged and drunk out of his mind, that when one of the girls called him, he threatened her job and her physical being. He continued on, telling the girl that he didn't owe her anything and that the 4 girls were trying to scam him. He also said that none of the girls danced for him.
These were all lies. Two bouncers and a manager saw and heard what happened. Rico threatened to "f* up" the girl if she tried to endanger his job. He also said that if she tried to "f*" with his job that she'd never work for any club in town again.
The Rhino tried to make the best of the situation for the girls and gave them free house fees. The Rhino did the best they could. Seeing as Rico is NOT an employee of the Rhino, the girls were never paid and no action could be taken against Rico.
Is this the kind of person that people want in there clubs? It's seems as though Rico feels he can walk all over whom ever he pleases just because he brings some clients in. Those clients don't come to the clubs for Rico. They come for the girls.
I believe that Rico should be banned from the Rhino and should publicly apologize for his actions.
He should also reimburse the girls for there time. Exotic dancing is a job, not a hobby or extra curricular activity. Girls all over the world support families, put there kids or themselves through college, and survive doing this. What right does Rico have to step in and take advantage of their services because of who he knows or what he does?
I believe that he stole from these girls. I believe that he knew what he was doing. I believe he never intended on paying those girls. I believe he thought because of who he knew that he could intimidate them into excepting who he was and that he didn't have to pay. I do not except that.
You could be the president and you would still have to pay for my services. How dare he threaten their jobs! How dare he think he has any authority what so ever over them or their lives!
I believe that this is not the first or only time he's done this.
Do you want this man running off potential clients or employees because of his drugged out/drunken behavior?
