This little dirt bag was out drunk driving, playing car tag one night while ste USS Nimitz was docked in Bremerton, WA. He hit my mother at 90 MPH. Ruined my life, my Sister has had it real hard now.

The Fact that we were minors at the time must have slipped the state court system or something because I feel somene should have been sent to check on the status of a family after a tragedy like this.
There was a court appointed guarding but I never saw them. I think they failed there job very bad. If I had been offered some councelling or something I might not have such screwed up thoughts... Never mind.
