I turned to this company in a bad time looking for help like many people do. I went through the intial interview, I was told I qualifed for a loan modification. I sent them the paper work I thought they needed then I didn't hear from them for 3 days. After a number of phones calls that I made that were never returned, my husband and I decided to cancel our service. At the beginning of all of this my husband was assured that at any time we wanted to we could cancel and get our money back, by John Common hisself.
They gave us the run around for several days, John Common cussed my husband and hung up on him. A few minutes later we were called back and told to fax a cancellation letter to them and we would receive our money back. We did just that in June and here it September with no refund. We contacted the State of Arizona who filed a complaint then when the asked for DMR's side of what happened it was full of lies.
If the person who is doing this is a former employee who is trying to get back at John Common, more power to you. I think it is really funny that you say that you were trained and have trained other people to do exactly what was done to me.
John Common wasn't even man enough to talk to me on the phone and explain why he didn't do what he said he would do and refund my money. If you read this I hope your happy with the fact that people turn to for help and you screw them.in my case you took money away from my 4 children. I also know that the same thing happened to my sister in law and her mother in law.
I am a big believer in charma and when this comes back around to you, its going to hurt.
