The abbreviated report below is constantly sent to me for my verification (as you can see, I have 3 Pending cash prizes) which I have done multiple times over a few weeks now. A link is also provided where the verification is done - FORM 7082A "Pin validation request and prize payment directive" PENDING VERIFICATION (IN RED). After supplying the requesite information the PENDING VERIFICATION is Changed to VERIFIED (ALSO IN RED).
Further down nothing is accepted until u place another free bet but Your Credit Card inofrmation is requested - which I have not supplied - this is supposed to be free - to to find that even though Form 7082A has verified, the whole process is started again, and this is happening daily. Can something be done about this. See a portion of their report below as indicated at the start of this said report.
