John Arthur Parks is my biological father, nothing more than a sperm donor really. He abandoned my mother and sisters, while my mom was pregnant with me. He remarried and had half a dozen more kids, which he abused, both physically and sexually. I believe his victims of choice are young boys, but absolutely no child should be let near this man. He has preyed on the young and handicapped. He was incarcerated in the 70's for raping a 13 year old mentally retarded girl. He served 4 months in jail. He forced another mentally retarded family member into oral sex. He has molested many of his family members. I believe he is living in the Torrington, CT area, but may be anywhere in CT. He is extremely dangerous. Please beware!!!
