On March 29th I resigned my 50% interest as shareholder of T&C Techsolutions leaving the assets and debts in the hands of the remaining sole owner, Curtis J. Allen.
Following this I began working for a competitor.
Curtis J. Allen has repeatedly redirected over-due bills and bills in collections to my employer as if the bills belonged to the company I currently work for.
I am having to "proove" to several creditors that I do not have any legal obligation to T&C Tech Solutions, Ukiah Computer Solutions.
During this process, my new employer is, so say the least, not happy that "I brought" this situation to her business.
I need this guy stopped!
Curtis J. Allen and his new partner Michele Nicole Sanborn, display the lowest of ethics and morals.
