They build the house in 1994. The house is is not squared as it should be. It is off from 1 inch to 4 inches.in the walls and in floor the nails are popping out. On the corners where they use a metal peice it has come undone and is coming off. The sheetrock spray that they spray on the ceilings is coming down. They used 3 grade wood on the house and on the porches. After about 3 years the wood that they use outside had rotten even after my husband had pinted and varnish it. The windows are doubled pained and sweat up inside the two windows and you can't get the any of the windows clean. The plywood they used in my floors are coming loose from all the nails popping up and coming out.
All the inside door frames have come loose. My house is only 10 years old and looks like it is falling down. Everyone that has come to my house looks at it and says that a child could have built it better than Jim Walters did.
