Ripoff Slum landlord, unfair tenant treatment

Billy Timms, and co - owner Rhonda Ayers have numerous properties within Floyd Co. Ga, including some in Rome and Florida. As a former renter, he refused to replace broken windows, refused to maintain a sutable environment for tenants in Rome GA. Numerous federal agencies have been duly notified including HUD, FBI, State and Federal EPA agencies. He staunchly refuses to clean an open dump in front of said property and local agencies have been reluctant or possibly unwilling to respond. Other allegations will be withheld until a comlete and thourough investigation is concluded
