JGB Enterprises
Ripoff liers professional scam artists and 'A Never Going to Win' scam!

If only i had trusted my first instinct!

I received the famous JGB Enterprise, Inc. Promotional certificate. I called and got suckered into to the whole 'place your order to receive your prize' deal. I ordered key chains in the amount of $498.00 in August. I received my order at the end of September. Thereafter, at the end of October, I receive a call from Marie Bradford of JGB Enterprises, Inc., Las Vegas, Nv. At the end of October. I was told that I had won the airline tickets from the promotional order. (in which I found out later they weren't even a good thing)

After notifying me of this prize, she proceeded to ask me if I was sitting down for the next great news she had for me. She stated that I had won their monthly drawing of $10,000 until June. It made no sense to me to begin with to have won consecutively for the next 7 months on drawings that had not occurred yet. She then told me that I needed to purchase $2898.00 worth of products in order to receive these winnings. Marie explained that I needed these products to advertise their name and that we needed enough to last for those upcoming months.in agreement to this large sum of money every month, I also needed to submit a picture and small text on what JGB has done for me. If not, then she would stop the following months $10,000 checks in which they came in (10) checks of $1000. I told her that at the moment I did not have that kind of extra money to do so. She then called me back the next day to let me know that her boss (whoever that was) said that it was ok for me to pay 1/2 now and the balance when I received our first 'winnings' check. I told her that I would speak to my partner and let her know. She proceeded to call me for the next 2 days about it. I finally gave in and sent a check by Fed Ex in the amount of $1600.00. She even asked me how I wanted the winning checks written out, either in my name or my company's. After receiving my order of magnets 7 weeks later, I tried calling Marie Bradford for several days in November to question her about my company's so called 'BIG Winnings'. She would constantly dodge me every time I got to speak to her by saying "she had to get to a meeting" or "she was leaving for the day and she'd call me back tomorrow" but never did. This went on for about a week or so. Come December, I finally said to myself and partner, "Let's cut our losses as to this 'big winnings' scam and walk away with having ordered and received products at a very high price."

Much to my surprise, thinking this was over, I received a phone call in January from a man named, Chris Cazzen (pronounced Cousins). He stated to me that he was now in charge of my account with JGB Enterprises, Inc., and that he was touching base with me about the balance of my order that he wanted me to purchase. I told him what had happened with Marie Bradford 2 months or so prior and that I had not received any winnings yet. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of because he was now in charge of my company's account and orders. He proceeded to go into the details of my winnings again and saying (and I quote) "You have won the whole enchilada! In the second week of February you will be doing flips in your front yard! You have won the BIG one!" I questioned what amount he was referring to and he said (and I quote) "The whole enchilada! The whole $175,000!!!" I then asked him "how can that be possible, aren't these individual drawings every month?" He said "these are separate drawings and you have hit the BIG one! Don't worry, you will be so happy and you will owe me a steak dinner. To add to this, we will fly you out to visit our facility in Las Vegas on us. We will then take a picture of you with your winning check. You should be so excited!" This conversation went on for about 15 minutes until he had my partner and I convinced of these winnings. So we agreed to send him the balance in the amount of $1400.00 for the remainder of our order of magnets.

I received my order on February 6th. I then waited for Mr. Cazzens to call, in which he had indicated he would by the second week in February.By February 15th, I had not heard from him, so I placed a call to him and left a message on his voice mail on both the 15th and 16th for him to call me back. With no response, I called again on the 17th and spoke with Judy Martinez, customer service, and she stated that Chris would be contacting me very soon. He had been in meetings and so on. I said to myself... Here we go again! I have again been fooled and swindled by this company even after being warned by some readings I had researched online. It was my own fault. JGB tells people they've won these monthly drawing (s) and once they receive your money for over priced items, they never deliver the winnings!

On Monday, February 20th, I called Mr. Cazzens again, by miracle, he finally answered his line. He was in fact disheartening, rude and very unprofessional to me denying all or any winnings. Three weeks prior to this call, Mr. Cazzens said that my company had won the BIG ONE and that by the second week in February, I would be doing (as he quoted) "Back flips in my front yard because I would be so happy." I even stated to him that not only had he said that, but he also said the same to my business partner, who is my husband. He was now denying all and said that there is no way he would have said that we won $175,000, because that would mean we won all the drawings. He became real irate with me and I could not even get a word in our conversation. I was beginning to think, now I wasn't worth the time to him. There was no more money to be made off of me because of my strong inquires about the winnings. He kept stating that I was complaining and to be patient and that he did not receive my paperwork yet on his desk yet. But when he does, he will call me. So I repeatedly asked him "call me for what?" and he would reply the same thing over and over, "When I receive your paperwork, I will then call you!" FOR WHAT? I would reply! I was waiting for him to confirm in this phone conversation the promised winnings and that I was going to receive this money, but those words never came. This went back and forth 3 to 4 times as I repeated the question to him and he would increasingly get upset and reply the same thing. He would interrupt and talk over my voice to make sure what he was staying in line with his thoughts of how to handle me and shut me up. So at this point I did get really upset, because he now would not say that I have won anything! So, I told him he would be hearing from my attorney and I hung up.

The expression "BEEN HAD", a term widely used at that point came to mind. I am a sole proprietor, a small business owner, who works hard in her field. Now I have $500 dollars (realistically valued) worth of magnets and key chains that cost me over $3500. I do not know how JGB Enterprises, Inc. Personnel live with themselves and in fact stay in business without some kind of authority stepping in. This has to STOP! I have researched the internet a little too late to find so many articles on this scamming company. To the authorities who can stop this: Please take note and do something, so no other struggling small business owner gets scammed again!

I am a person who believes in people and it's a shame that you snakes exist at JGB Enterprises, Inc. Who trains you to be like this and work such a job? To take small business owner's hard earn money and fool them with broken promises of big cash winnings.

*A personal extra from me for JGB personnel*
A sad, but a true observation for Marie Bradford, Chris Cazzans and all their slithering snake associates.in the end, it's you pathetic, deceiving, JGB snakes that have to live with yourselves! How do any of you lay your heads down at night and have a clear conscience? Knowing you live day to day doing your bulls*t jobs that in the end will bite you in the a*!

I must believe in our legal system to know that one day I will have the pleasure of hearing about your fraud capture.in fact, it would be as satisfying as finally getting Bin Laden!!!

On a more personal note as to you Marie Bradford. When you first told me of these BIG winnings, I was so happy on the phone. I even said out loud to you "There is a god! God is good!" as an expression of hope in finally having the finances to do things for my company to generate growth. If you do believe in the 'Good Lord' as you so proudly expressed to me that same day on the phone, then only you will have to pay for your lies and deceptions on judgment day!
