Ripoff

On 6/2/01 I sent $39 to First Liberty Bank for a credit card. The limit was $10000. When I received my card I went on line as they said to activate it but then I was never able to use it. I called them but all i got was an answering machine, sometimes nothing. I wrote to them but never got back a response. It has been almost a year now. It's about time.
