Terry had handled cases for us in the past, so I asked him about getting a new one in court. A girl owed me money for a cell phone bill and refused to pay. When I asked him about it he assures me he would take it to court and he could win it. After sever time seeing him I kept asking when he was going to get it on the dockets, and he kept telling me he would get on it.
