I noticed a charge on my Visa account that I didn't recognize. I asked my husband about it and he had never heard of them. I called to find out that they had a record of me ordering some pills for a trial offer which must be cancelled within 14 days. I have no record of any transaction with them at all. They say the cost is for being able to log in to their website for weight loss tips and helps. I have never logged in to the site and never would.
(They also do business at Complete Weight Loss Center. I understand they did quite a bit of advertising on Myspace.)
So now, I have 8 months of $19.95 charges on my bill and they refuse to give any kind of refund. Maybe we need to start a class action lawsuit against these people. They are a scam. I am going to my bank to report them as a fraudulent business.
