Made an unauthorized charge of $19.05 to my credit card. Do not know how they got my credit card number

This company somehow managed to get one of my credit card numbers and made an unauthorized charge of $19.05. I called the cc company and they removed the charge. They titled the charge "management consulting".

In my opinion this was an illegal act on the part of E-Club Marketing.
