Rip off by asian american - his description - called said he was representing WalMart

We got a call from someone who said we won vouchers to buy anything we wanted from WalMart. They were in increments of $50 and there was no catch. My husband said he registered for something and it was OK. They said it was a one time fee of $4.95. They wanted to know if we wanted something else, I couldn't understand so I said no. Hard to understand accent.

I called back within 2 minutes and they said to call in two days because we weren't in the computer yet. We called back 7 times in those 2 days before we were finally told we were cancelled. They still took the $4.95, twice.

I called back and they said it was for shipping and handling. I told them we cancelled, she kept repeating in a foreign accent, shipping and handling, shipping and handling. I reported them to the FBI and Attorney General. Haven't heard anything yet.

Got something in the mail more than the 10 days after we should have cancelled by. Good thing we had already cancelled. We cancelled the day before the money actually was taken out of our account.
