I like Beth previous got suckered into "joining" this Reservation Rewards thing. I didn't think there was anything I could do about it. Fortunately, I found the website, sent an email to their customer service and told them to stop taking money out of my bank account. I am about to close that account out and start a new one if things don't change. Hopefully, things can get straightened out before some serious action is taken.
