On Nov. 1 or 2, we received an advertised "Free Sample" and charged $5.95 S&H on my credit card. Two (2) un-ordered shipments & invoices followed this so-called "Free Sample"
We have been trying since 11/17/04 to reach them on their Cust. Serv.# and e-Mail address listed above, seeking "Return Goods" Return Instructions & Canceled Invoice. As of this date no response or reply has been received.in the meantime we have notified our GM MasterCard Cust/Serv/Dept. To withhold payment to this "Scam Account"
