Received order of grapefruits from Mom before Christmas. Half were rotten. Called customer service and was told they would send more. That was December 20th. Still waiting! Called back in January because mother-in-law had ordered honey bells, also in December. Was told they were shipped January 14 and had been rerouted because we were moving and had forwarding order in place, actually as of that date. I suggested to customer service rep that by the time we got them at our new address, they would be rotten. She brushed me off. As of January 23, still had not received. Hate to tell my mom and mother-in-law not to order from this place again, but I don't want them wasting their money
