I follow the prompts provided. The instructions are simple. After clicking "delete profile, " I'm asked to give a reason, and it doesn't matter which one I select. I click "continue, " and the page that actually completes the deletion flashes for less than half a second, not long enough to make the entries necessary to get it done.
I haven't noticed any similar complaints. No one that has trouble deleting their profile describes anything like my problem. I'm stuck in a circle of clicking, clicking, clicking, that goes nowhere but around and around.
I haven't notice a "contact us" link, which might be a way to register a complaint and request removal in writing.
