I was scammed 600.00 from this dental business

I made a purchase back may it was paid via pay pal immediately i saw the ads on facebook. I have called, emailed mailed letters never got the product nor muchless the product. I was scammed and they continue to use facebook etc I want my full refund or product immediately. I deserve my full refund since they clearly scammed me from my hard earned money.
