I won a cruise for 2 and a 3 night stay in Orlando, back in August. I needed to wait 10 business days for a code to be mailed to me before I could make my reservation for my trips. I still haven't received my codes and after several communications with Live Chat, I was told the same thing, wait 2-3 more days. I told Helen I wanted a refunnd on my bid purchases and she said I would have to wait 2-3 more working days. I don't think I am communicating with a real person, a robot who gives out the same answer for every request. This is a Rip Off.
