I ordered a psychic reading on 12 Oct. After I ordered it it said, "Readings Are Answered Within 24 Hours"

I send feedback two days later asking why it is late, send another email four days later, still no response.

I have paid for this service and just being ignored, there's no way to get my money back either.

They do not have order ID's. The only proof I have is my bank notification SMS: "FNB:-) R102.12 reserved for purchase @ [URL Removed] from cheq a/c"

Please help!
