My car

I paid 4200 for a car and $700 for registration. I was recently pulled over due to bad tag and car was impounded. I called Steve to sort things out because he told me he handled the registration. It was a lie. So now he did not send over the paperwork but came and got the car with my belongings and holding it for ransom, said until i pay the remaining balance. I was m, aking payments and thats not fair, due to him not doing what was suppose to be did. I either need my car or the money i paid for the car. I dont mind making teh payments he is beimng unfair and unreal. So much behind this, i feel though its a scam
