I called because once again, XBOX live wasn't working, I was originally told this would be fixed in 24 hours, we are now on day 3. The employee I spoke to was rude, when I asked for a supervisor, she was even ruder. She'd ask a question, when I try to answer, she'd talk over me. I in return got very rude with her. What kind of customer service are you providing? I do not appreciate being treated like crap when I have been a loyal customer for several years. Will not be getting XBOX 1, will be getting the Playstation.
