I have been trying to cancel the yearly subscription since Sunday, right after I realized what a scam this "company" is. I received one email back asking about technical help. I once again requested to cancel the service on Monday. Last night my credit card was charged. This morning, they finally emailed me back, but they are stating I didn't request to cancel the service in time, and therefore I will be charged. Even after showing him the email I sent requesting to cancel in time, the gentleman refuses to give me my money back.
