Dear sir, I was given a project of website designing on MARCH to http://www.ariuswebstudio.com/. These three people has agreed to develop my website. I was given check on the date of 12th march thay have cleared the check amount of 15000 advance. I was given my requirement in a excel sheet through mail and told after conformation of home page design you can proceed as per excel sheet. We don%u2019t have any written document for this. Now they are saying we have completed 100% website as per your requirement. We have checked all designing and explained what are the errors are present in this project. Errors when we explained all errors then they are saying we can drop the project ad we can give you advance payment. Now its completed almost 7 monthes. So what we have to do. We are asking if you are dropping the project you can pay advance amount along with compensation with dropping letter or complete the website. They are not interested to complete the website and prolonging. If ask any thing they are saying we don%u2019t have any agreement. We are asking give advance amount, hostiing charges and dropping letter. They are saying we cant give any thing if you need we pay advanceamont only. I think they are trying to take my concept due to this reason they are not interested to give dropping letter. What we have to do, can you please suggest me.
