Paid $1699nz for a numark ns7 mk2 a month ago. After hearing nothing back after a week I started getting suspicious. Googled them and bang! Complaints galore. Plus numark hadn't even released this product yet, 114 queen street Auckland is a fake address, they have no phone contacts. After emailing for a week n getting no reply, I went to the cops. Soon as I let them know I'd involved the cops they replied. After abusing the (Inappropriate Content Removed) out of them they cancelled my order and said they were sending the refund that day. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no refund, rip off (Inappropriate Content Removed)
