GE Care Card aka GECC
GE Care Card AKA GECC ripoff in which GECC filed FALSE report against consumer to Equifax GE Capital Con CC

This is complaint to report that GCCC AKA GE Care Card staff filed false report against unsuspecting consumer with Equifax. GE Care Card staff falsely reported consumer account had to be 'written-off' when truth was that account was PAID in full.

Originally this consumer thought he was securing a Dental Loan with his signing a dental loan sales draft across counter in dentist office but actually GCCC staff manipulated transaction so that unauthorized charge card account was issued unknown to this unsuspecting consumer.
Dental loan debtor was guaranteed that he would be allow to repay the dental loan within time limit of one year from the date of signature loan and was assured IF loan was repaid in one year then there would be no finance charge nor any cost of interest payments incurred during the year of the loan.

Consumer was approached by David Woods as Agent of GECC who said he was authorized to negotiate and allow consumer to pay stated amount over telephone with the assurance debt was being paid in full. But instead GECC applied half toward paying interest and remaining fund was applied toward principal. The GECC staff filed false report claiming the account was "written off".
