Wont warranty bought warranty that i paid for

I bought a Nikon Camera bundle for $1800.00 3 years back. Bought the extended warrenty with it. $200 cost me.

Now that I need repair service, I called the 888-814-8413 number... The business is out of service themselves..

So now what do I do??? I'm up shits creak???

Will ebay.com honor the manufacture that is out of business???
Or do i call my lawyer and have him contact ebay to get my item fixed???
