I was shopping online with celinebag.com.ca, and bought two bags from them. Then I received the emails from realpay.com, which seems official 'paypal'. But the merchant kept give me wrong tracking numbers and refused to refund. What's more, I talked with staff from Realypay and they agreed to give me refund immediately... But dont beleive it, no money come back until now... So I am pretty sured I have been frauded. Pls help me... I have nowhere to complain this, just have to take the loss. I feel so regret to believe some online shopping. I hope I can have some compensate at least. Thank you so much if you can help me!!!
