Purchased unlock code for my phone. They stated that it must be calculated manualy. After a day or so I got message from Jay saying that he was unable to generate unlock code and will notify accounts team to issue a refund. Today is Sept. 9.2013 and I still haven't gotten the refund. I tried to send them emails demanding my money back but every time they reply that i will recieve my code within 24hrs which never happens. Total scam!!! Beware!!!
