Giant and switch scheme - they offer free backup - you use it and then you need an upgrade for more storage - buy it and soon you need another upgrade - repeat until you give up and purchase unlimited storage - then you see that the backup is very slow (like over a year to complete my fairly large backup) so you purchase the speed upgrade - backup finally finishes and you find out that it does not back up videos or large files - more extra costs - then you want to us a second computer - more extra costs - the final straw for me then dropped - a letter form their legal department stating that my usage was unusual and I needed to buy yet another upgrade - they were unable to tell me what was "unusual" but simply stated that my account had been flagged and no one could do anything about it unless I paid more money - I canceled - now waiting for a refund (probably another fight coming
