I received 5 to 6 calls a day and finally listen to what they said. Was told that there was a 60 day trial period and after that there was the option to keep or cancel. Was also told that someone would call when the 2 months was up. I received a invoice today stating $719.99 was due. I called and talked to a representative that after a minute of trying to explain to her that I was told that I would get a call she stated over and over again that she could play the recording for me that shows I agreed. I stated to her that no contract or anything came in the mail. It was then that she got rude telling me that I was responsible for the bill and it would be sent to collection. I hung up from her and called the other line and she basically told me the same thing and also got rude and I just hung up the phone.
Also on the phone with them I told them I had just started working here and the owner was out of town and I was not authorized to approve this that is when they told me that someone would call me when the 2 months was up. I have not received that call yet.
