I've shopped at FYE maybe three times in my entire life. Every so often, I notice a charge of $11.99 on my statement. It says "FYE FYE BSP VIP Recurring Charge" under each one. I have NEVER authorized a recurring charge from FYE. I went to my bank, Suntrust, which was unable to resolve the situation so I closed my checking account and opened up a new one. I haven't been to FYE since opening my new account and somehow the charges are still appearing. I'm sick of dealing with this and the minute I get back to the Arlington area I'm going right into the store.
