L received a letter saying that, I won all this money and all I need to do send the time$20,00 for processing fee! A week later want you send another $25.00 money to your winning's out! But l decided to talk to someone about this they suggest that I contact BBB because something sounds unbieveable about! It's nothing but a big scam! How can the government allow something of this.
