After visiting the official Lowes website I was prompted to fill out a survey with the promise of a free gift and after completing the survey was linked to www.ECIGNOFLAME.com and told to pay only 4.95 for shipping then after getting my card number I was robbed of 109.00$ thanks for nothing Lowe's
