I bought virtual gold (Perfect world) after checking in their livechat for availability/delivery time.
They guaranteed me delivery in 10 minutes and a refund in case it takes too long.
I paid, went through some weird questions to make sure that it's really me getting the money and noone else.
After that they told me to wait 15 hours, until they are able to deliver again.
After asking for refund or delivery several times, they started to ignore me/block me from their live chat.
I now started a complaint with PayPal in order to get my money back.
If others experienced the same, complain to Paypal about it and they will Lock their paypal account AND the money on this account!!!
