In my case it all started answering a survey on google page. At the end they offered me a choice of 3 rewards and one of them was the RVTL cream. Clearing stating that all I had to pay was for the delivery charge of 4.95. I have never been made aware that I was signing up for a home delivery program. I thought that I was receiving a reward for answering the survey. To my disbelief I received the cream but have been charged twice already (89.00 on 25/07 and 95.95 on 13/08). I real scam.
