Went on facebook and stupidly ordered trail offers on both products. Contacted my credit card company immediately to stop order but was too late! Was advised to check terms and conditions for cancellation process but there was no url for this nor for the privacy policy!
I have sent emails to cancell orders but have no idea if there is in fact a recipient to take action to accept my cancellation request.
