I got a call from a man saying I was approved for a loan from cash america. He stated that in order to get the loan I would have to prove I could pay it. So get said I had to get a green dot money pak card and put $280.00 on it then to give him a call he would transfer me to the approval dept. And go from there. I went to cvs for the card out the 280 on it and called him back. I was transferred to a gentleman with an English/Australian accent. He asked for the cardnumber then asked me to hold to verify it. He never got back on the phone. It was disconnected, So I called back and he answered the phone. He then started that he needed an additional $105 to pay for the wire transfer. I told him to forget it and I would like a refund. He stated it would take a few days and I would receive a check. Nothing ever came and I still get calls from them but no refunds. And green dot is a joke they won't refund your money or tell you who cashed it/recieved the money. If they did maybe people could get there money back. I know green dot had to have a way of tracking the deposit.
