On May 12th I made a booking for two triple rooms at Gara Guesthouse in Dubrovnik. The deposit for the booking amounted to 67,20 euros.
Around two weeks before departure, my reservation was cancelled unilaterally by the hostel. I was promised by the property owner that I would be refunded the deposit butin spite of calls, emails and reassurances, as of today (August 14th) I have not seen my money yet.
