I signed a contract with Interface on March 10. I was told at that time by the sales rep, Bobbie, that I was financing my equipment for three years, and at the end of that time my rate would go down to $19.99. When it didn't, I called the Customer Service Department and was told that was not an option, and that I could get a rate of $29.99 by signing another three-year contract. I do not use the service and wanted to cancel it, but there was a automatic renewal clause which I should have been aware of but read the contract. Basically I am paying $39.99 a month for service I am not using. I want the rate promised to me to pay off the remainder of the automatic renewal so I can cancel my service with them. I believe they have not acted in good faith.
