I've witnessed first hand the daily operations at dlco, and would like to share what I saw.
- customer was a little early for meeting with crazy owner Kirstin she was pretty mad and showed up half a hour late (on purpose) after clients. Apparently she doesn't like to be rushed.
- petty fights with clients, yes you will have the pleasure of paying this woman and for free she'll fight: production deadlines, common decency
