I just received an Insufficient Funds Notice from my Bank about a charge of $19.65 to my account. This is an account that I never use and keep a very low balance. I tried the 888# - automated of course, and was told they had no record. There must be something more we, as consumers, can do rather than just post complaints. What can be done to shut them down?
