A subscription does not offer manual renewal, but they do not tell you up front. They will also not offer refunds, and their support team has bad attitudes and is had nosed. I have filed BBB Complaint, but so have quite a few others. They have an A - rating and are not accredited. They charged my account without authorization and will not offer a refund. This is a very bad company, and recommend staying away. They do not care.
