My son, Cyle, who is stationed in SC in the Navy, called this company about transporting his Jeep CJ5 from IL to SC. He told them I would be handle everything. I set a pick up for June 21-23. When my son got home on leave he went to pick up his Jeep at a friends who had been working on it. This was on June 18, something went wrong & the Jeep wouldn't run. So I called AT 123 to inform them I would have to reschedule the transport when the Jeep was running. The next day it got fixed, so on June 20 I called back to reschedule. The dates June 28-30 were set. Those dates came & went with no calls or no truck showing up to pick the Jeep up. I called back on July1 & was told the information wasn't given to their dispatch & someone would be calling me back that day to set up pick up for July 2 or 3. Again no one called me back. I called them on July 2 & that is when they got ugly with me. First I was put on hold twice & disconnected both times. Then when I finally got to speak to someone she argues with me & was down right hateful that she never talked to me she talked to Cyle. I told her several times it was me she talked to & NOT Cyle. I also asked why he had be charged $250 deposit when the contract said $225. She argued with me on that & said the contract said $250. I told her I was looking at the contract & it said $225. Then she said he was only charged $225, I told her I had checked with the bank & his card was charged $250. She then hung up on me. I tried to call again on July 3 & left messages with no return calls.

I called back on July 8th & spoke with a Monique & was told she would check into things & call me back in 1/2 hour. Again NO CALL. At 6pm that night I got a call from I guess dispatch saying a truck would be there July 9 or 10. Again no show no call. Then at 10:30am July 11 I got another call from dispatch saying a truck would be there within 4 hours, which meant by 2:30pm. The truck got here at 4:30, but the drivers were VERY nice.

Cyles Jeep arrived in SC on July 13. He had taken a money order for $600 made out to AT 123 with him to pay the drivers. We had told them this is how he was going to pay & nobady EVER said it should not be made out to them, but to the drivers. So now he finds out the drivers won't take the money order made out to AT 123, that it needed to be made out to them. So now he has to have my mom, his gramdma go to Western Union & have $600 wired to him so he could receive his Jeep. Western Union charged $47 for the transfer. He paid the drivers, who again were very nice. They weren't with AT 123 they were with another company that AT 123 hired to hual for them.

So I posted on AT 123 reviews how aweful they were & got a call offering to give Cyle at first $25 back. Then they went to $75 & then $100, but I had to take down the bad review. Then Cyle called them & they agreed on the $100. So my bad review was taken down & I called them to make sure he was refunded the $100. Michelle, who I was talking to & Cyle talked to told me Cyle didn't want the $100 & the review was still up. I informed her the review was down & he most certainly wanted the $100, but deserved more for all the crap they had pulled. She said that was the bast they could do. Then she wanted me to send an email saying I would "slander" them on the internet & they would refund the $100. That is where I really got made. They were trying to bribe me with agreeing not to say anything bad about them on the internet & they would refund the $100. I hung up on her after she said his $100 was being returned.

This company is horrible to deal with. They lie more than they tell the truth. They don't return phone calls. They are VERY rude. They overcharge you even after a contract has been signed with an amount. I feel my son deserves more than $100 back from them. I think he should at least get 1/2 of the $850 he paid them total. The $100 has been refund back to his card, but I'm not sending an email agreeing not to "slander" them on the internet. I think anybody planning on having anything transported by AT 123 should know just how AWEFULL they are to deal with & find another company.
