I purchased 4 bottles of the Green coffee bean supplement after viewing the Dr Oz video at a cost of $148.00. A month later I receive an email from them under a different name. They informed me that my order is approved for a Jupiter - Trim Trainer and they had charged my debit card for an additional $9.47. I don't know what the trainer is and I didn't order it.
I cancelled the debit card today.
The same day I received their email, I tried to answer it and my email didn't process. I called their phone number 877-983-7676 and a female with a foreign accent answered. I told her I have a complaint, and she connected me with a male with a foreign accent. He argued that they sent me the trainer because I purchased the green coffee beans. He asked for my phone number and I didn't give it to him. I did give him my email address which he already had. The same day I started getting telemarketing emails. The coffee beans have not worked as they said they would. They only upset my stomach and give me gas. I will see my family doctor next week and see what to do next.
