I ordered two samples of skin cream off internet toward the middle of June. I charged two $4.95 amounts on my credit care. The skin cream arrive in a timely fashion. There was no sales slip or directions (other than on individual products).
I just went on line to check my credit card statement and found a $93.00 charge. As I have read other complaints on this website it seems that the same thing has happened to many others. What are my options for recovery of money and what can I do to keep further charges from occurring?
