Advent Bank had a late season audit... Some of the original information asked for was worded insensibly. Also we had just had the flu and therefore did not respond immediately. As we submitted info, they kept asking for more... Sometimes losing what was already submitted. The end result despite complying with their unreasonable needs was that we were dropped and our last 7 fees kept. Completely incorrect and lame reasons were given for their actions. I believe this was done in retaliation of an earlier complaint about their harassment of several clients who accidentally blocked their Get-It MasterCards, and terse comments I had made in a non-anonymous survey. These people truly do not know what they are doing other than sometimes deciding to keep fees and delay refund payments with smaller EROs. Read their agreement before you sign up! They can do what ever they want!
