I have never heard of this (service?) or whatever it is supposed to be. I opened my current cellular provider bill and found this charge, It wasn't until going on the internet to try and ascertain what this was did I find out what a scam this is. I plan to tell my cellular provider that I refuse to pay for something I did not order.
