I sent a payment to BitInstant's third party payment processing company ZipZap Inc and they still haven't processed my order claiming I used an invalid BitCoin deposit address. I have sent emails and their responses were "We've forwarded you claim to Tech Support and your issue should be resolve in 1-3 days, just to buy themselves time. Meanwhile the price of BitCoin has dropped $10 in value since I sent my payment through MoneyGram.
